Most people who want to get fitter end up juggling several providers: a trainer, a nutritionist, a yoga or Pilates teacher, a massage therapist, each with their own booking system. Putting everything under one plan, run by one team, removes that friction. Sessions are scheduled around your week, the people involved talk to each other, and you change anything with one message.
I’m Gawhar Ahmad, licensed pharmacist and head coach at Being Fit. That joined-up approach is what our concierge wellness service in Dubai is built on, and it works especially well for villa households on Pearl Jumeirah and the neighbouring Jumeirah coast. Here is how one plan comes together and what a typical week looks like.
Key takeaways
- One team plans training, nutrition, mobility work and massage together.
- Everything is booked and changed through one WhatsApp number.
- Sessions take place at your home, residence gym or hotel.
- The plan starts with a free trial and a medical-based assessment.
- Families and couples can be included in the same plan.
What can be combined in one plan?
- 1-on-1 personal training for strength, fat loss or body transformation.
- Kickboxing and boxing for conditioning and stress relief.
- Yoga and meditation and Pilates for mobility, posture and core.
- Rehab and mobility after injury or for stiff hips and backs.
- Custom nutrition plans from the qualified nutritionist on our team.
- Massage therapy at home in 60-minute sessions.
Why does one team work better than several?
Because the pieces affect each other. A hard leg session the day before a deep-tissue massage is poor timing. A nutrition plan that ignores your training days misses the point. When the same team plans the week, your coach knows when your massage is booked, the nutritionist knows how hard you are training, and changes in one place flow through to the rest.
It also saves you time. Instead of four apps and four invoices, you have one plan and one point of contact.
What does a sample week look like?
| Day | Session | At |
|---|---|---|
| Sunday | Strength, full body (60 min) | Villa home gym |
| Monday | Rest or walk | Beachfront, cooler months |
| Tuesday | Boxing pads and conditioning | Garden or home |
| Wednesday | Yoga or Pilates (60 min) | Living space |
| Thursday | Strength, full body (60 min) | Home gym |
| Friday | Massage at home (60 min) | Your home |
| Weekly | Nutrition check-in by WhatsApp | Remote |
How does the plan start?
With a free trial and assessment. Your coach covers goals, health history, posture, movement and body composition, with blood tests available. Because our head coach is a licensed pharmacist, regular medicines and conditions are considered before any training or massage is planned. From there we build your weekly mix and schedule it around your diary.
Is massage safe for everyone?
For most healthy adults the risk is low. The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes rare serious side effects, more often with vigorous deep-tissue work or in people at higher risk, and advises talking to your doctor if you are unsure massage is right for you. Tell us about any blood-clotting problems, recent surgery, pregnancy or medicines when you book. Our guide to massage at home explains how a session works.
Can the whole family be included?
Yes. Partners, older children and parents can each have their own sessions in the same plan, or train together where goals overlap. Couples, friends and family packages are available, and female coaches can be booked for women-only sessions. Our family fitness guide has ideas for training together at home.
How much activity does a plan like this deliver?
A week like the one above meets the World Health Organization guidelines: 150 to 300 minutes of moderate aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening on at least two days. Yoga, Pilates and massage then support mobility and recovery around that core.
Where does it work on Pearl Jumeirah?
At your villa, in the garden in the cooler months, or at a partner gym a short drive away on Al Mina Road. See our Pearl Jumeirah home personal training page, our Pearl Jumeirah massage at home page and our guide to private villa workouts on Pearl Jumeirah.
Which package does it run on?
Training runs on our monthly packages, Essential (3 sessions a week), Signature (4 a week), Premium (up to 5 a week, at your home or building gym, with priority scheduling) and VIP (5 to 6 elite sessions a week), each with a customised nutrition plan, with massage added in 60-minute sessions. The VIP package adds a dedicated personal trainer, complete nutrition control, 24/7 WhatsApp access and a travel-with-you option.
