Personal training in Dubai Media City & Dubai Internet City

Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City sit side by side along Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Sufouh Road, between Dubai Marina and Al Barsha, with Knowledge Park and the Palm Jumeirah close by. Thousands of people work here, many in long screen-heavy days, and most of them live within a short drive in the Marina, JLT, The Greens and The Views, or Emirates Living.

Training here has to fit around meetings and deadlines. We plan short, focused sessions before work, at lunch or straight after, in a building gym or at home. Desk posture, stiff hips and energy dips get as much attention as fat loss and strength.

Where you can train in Dubai Media City

  • Office and residence-tower gyms: Sessions in your building gym, with help on permissions where needed.
  • Home nearby: Your apartment in The Greens, The Views, JLT, the Marina or Emirates Living.
  • Red Gym, TECOM & Al Barsha: Our partner gym across Sheikh Zayed Road, for a fully equipped floor.
  • Online: Live sessions on deadline days and business trips.

Who it suits

Media, tech and agency teams with long hours, people with desk posture and back stiffness, and anyone who wants training that fits a packed calendar.

Where Media City clients train

Dubai Media City has a lake and amphitheatre park at its centre, with office towers along Al Sufouh Road and the Dubai Internet City metro station and Media City tram stop linking it to the Marina. Dubai Internet City is next door, with Knowledge Park and Al Sufouh beyond. Across Sheikh Zayed Road are The Greens, The Views, the Emirates Golf Club and Barsha Heights, where our partner Red Gym is. Many clients live in those neighbourhoods and train at home before the commute, then switch to a building gym near the office on busy days.

If you are staying in one of the hotels along Al Sufouh Road for work, short-stay guests can book single sessions too; message us on WhatsApp for the single-session price.

How office and building-gym training works

After a free trial and medical-based assessment, your coach builds a plan around your calendar rather than a fixed slot. A typical week mixes two or three strength sessions with short mobility blocks that undo hours at a desk. If a meeting moves, the session moves to the evening or goes online. Progress is tracked with weight, body fat and strength numbers, so you can see what is working.

Our head coach, Gawhar Ahmad, is a licensed pharmacist, so stress, sleep, blood pressure and the medicines you take are part of the conversation, along with a customised nutrition plan that works with office lunches and late dinners.

Making the most of the area

In the cooler months, a lunchtime walk around the Media City lake or an early run towards the Marina adds easy daily movement between sessions. In summer, everything moves indoors, and we keep sessions short and hydration on schedule.
