A block of focused pad rounds clears the head, lifts the heart rate and needs very little space, which makes it easy to fit before the first stand-up or straight after the last call.

Our striking coaches are both women. Syrine is a personal trainer and martial arts coach who specialises in boxing and kickboxing. Shima coaches kickboxing together with cardio conditioning and self-defence. Each session is pitched to your level, from someone holding gloves for the first time to a former amateur who wants sharp combinations again.

Many clients split the week between two places: a building gym near the office for weekday sessions and home in The Greens, The Views, JLT or the Marina at the weekend. For heavier bag work, our partner Red Gym is in Barsha Heights, across Sheikh Zayed Road from Media City.
