Kickboxing & boxing coach in Mirdif

Mirdif villas often have exactly the space striking needs: a courtyard, a garage or a majlis that clears in minutes. Add a coach with pads and gloves and the house becomes a private boxing gym, with no drive across the city and no crowded class.

Both of our striking coaches are women. Syrine is a personal trainer and martial arts coach whose main focus is boxing and kickboxing; Shima coaches kickboxing, cardio conditioning and self-defence. That makes Mirdif sessions a natural fit for mothers, daughters and sisters who prefer to train with a woman at home.

Boxing is also popular with children and teenagers. Junior sessions teach stance, footwork and controlled punching, and they build focus and confidence as much as fitness. Parents can train first, then hand the gloves to the next person in the family.
