Kickboxing & boxing coach in Al Quoz

Al Quoz runs on workshops, galleries around Alserkal Avenue, fit-out yards and photo studios, with residential pockets in between. Days end at odd times, often covered in dust or paint. When the install finally wraps, the last thing anyone wants is a drive to a boxing club on the far side of Sheikh Zayed Road, so we bring the pads to you or meet you at a partner floor down the street.

Your coach is Syrine or Shima. Syrine combines personal training with martial arts coaching, with boxing and kickboxing as her speciality. Shima teaches kickboxing together with cardio conditioning and self-defence. Both coaches are women, which suits ladies who would rather not join a mixed fight gym, and both adjust the session to the person in front of them, from a first jab to sharp four-strike combinations.

A small studio or a mezzanine office rarely leaves room for a full roundhouse kick. That is where Train SF and Seven Wellness come in. Both are Being Fit partner gyms in Al Quoz, so on bag days you can train there and keep the quick technique sessions at home. Junior athletes are welcome too, as boxing and kickboxing for kids and teens is offered across Dubai.
